RETURNS

Refunds : Once bottle has been opened and sprayed no refund available.  Refund can be made on No Opened Boxes only on items purchased at full price ie promotional or sale days don't apply to refunds (presentation unopened and bottle definitely unsprayed) 7 Days only after date of purchase, returned at your cost back to A.L.N.C PO BOX 899 Prospect East South Australia 5082. And a 15.00% Restocking fee will apply to all returns. (1f Returns that are poorly packaged or stock damaged deemed not sellable will not be refunded) 

If you have been sent incorrect or defective item (1g Defective item ie sprayer doesn't work please contact me immediately salesnichecollection@gmail.com inform me of deflectable sprayer, arrange return)(1h Returned bottles that have tampered collars no refund) I will provide a full refund of the item and refund the shipping cost of its return. 

Please allow for up to 30-45 days to receive your refund. For the return of any item please email us salesnichecollection@gmail.com  . You will be notified by email of your refund once we have received the returned item.
